World War I introduced the fighter aircraft to warfare. The tactics learned and developed through the harsh environment of brutal combat and flying conditions from 1914-1918 are still taught to fighter pilots today. We will return to these early days, over 100 years ago, see what it was like to be a WWI pilot going into combat over the Western Front.
