A two-day fly-in built around a round of golf. Arrive at Murfreesboro Municipal on the Saturday afternoon, spend the evening on the ramp and over dinner, stay overnight, and tee off at Old Fort Golf Club on the Sunday morning. It is aimed at pilots who golf, but equally at anyone who just wants to meet people in aviation — the Saturday evening is the social half of the weekend and stands on its own. SATURDAY 10 OCTOBER • 14:00–17:00 — Fly-in. Arrive at KMBT and join other pilots for the weekend. • 17:00–18:00 — Ramp show. The aircraft lineup on the ramp. • 18:00–19:00 — Catered dinner. • 19:00–21:00 — Socialising and live entertainment. • Overnight — Transportation to the hotel is provided. SUNDAY 11 OCTOBER • 07:30–08:30 — Shuttle from KMBT to Old Fort Golf Club, transport provided. • 09:00–11:00 — Tee times. • After golf — Depart at your leisure; return to KMBT and head home whenever you are ready. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED and teams register in advance at https://www.golfflyin.com — this is not a turn-up-on-the-day event, and tee times and catering are organised around the registered list. Flying in: KMBT is a public, non-towered field with a single asphalt runway, 18​/​36, 4,750 feet by 100 feet, listed in good condition. Field elevation is 614 feet, and both 100LL and Jet A are available.
