The year she turned 60, Linda built her dream aircraft at the kit manufacturer’s factory in South Africa and then embarked on an epic journey with two other brand-new aircraft, flying 9,000 miles from South Africa to the big air show in Oshkosh. The journey included a 2,100-nm Atlantic crossing. What started out as a passion project that was just about her plane and her adventure became so much more and has influenced and inspired people of all ages around the world.
