This presentation will detail the construction of a Challenger II LSA with a Rotax 503 that was started in 2007, continued by a second builder who completed the aircraft structure, followed by the last builder who obtained the airworthiness certificate in 2025, the repairman certificate, and is currently in the Phase I flight testing. The presentation will discuss in detail some of the aircraft building, such as the covering and painting. Flight test results will also be presented.
