Professional Flight Instruction (1V6)
Hello aspiring pilots. I am Jacob(Jake) and based out Fremont County Airport 1V6 in Colorado.
I earned my Private Pilot certificate in 1996 in my fathers Beechcraft Musketeer A23/24 that he bought new in 1966 for about $12,000.00. I went on to eventually become a High School shop teacher and have earned two Masters of Arts degrees in Education. I have been doing that for 25 years and I will eventually transition to full time Aviation.
I earned my CFI in 2023, CFII in 2024 and I am working on MEI.
I have nearly 2000 hours of total flight time in a large variety of aircraft and 600 hours of dual given. I also have 300 hours as a drop zone pilot. I love flying the mountains and one of my specialties are mountain training flights. My dedication to my students and devotion to aviation is second to none. If you put in the time your success will be my success.

Private pilot lessons are flat rate of $100.00 per lesson up to 2.5 hours. After that $50.00 per hour.
Travel expenses may apply
Commercial, Instrument, Flight Review, Mountain Training and all other advance training are $65.00 per hour.
Ground is $50.00 per hour
