Thank you for choosing to train with me! My goal is to provide a safe, professional, and enjoyable learning environment tailored to your individual goals. Please review the following policies before booking. Scheduling Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement based on instructor, aircraft, and weather availability. Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled lesson. Training plans are customized to each student's experience level and objectives. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full instructional fee unless due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond your control. Weather, maintenance, or safety-related cancellations may occur at any time and will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Safety Safety is always the highest priority. I reserve the right to cancel, delay, or terminate any lesson if weather, aircraft condition, student readiness, fatigue, illness, or any other safety concern exists. All training will be conducted in accordance with FAA regulations and safe operating practices. Student Responsibilities Students are expected to: Arrive prepared and on time. Complete assigned study materials between lessons. Hold any required FAA medical certificate or student pilot certificate when applicable. Notify me of any medical condition, medication, or circumstance that could affect safe flight. Payments Instructional fees are due at the completion of each lesson unless otherwise arranged. Aircraft rental fees are paid directly to the aircraft owner, flight school, or rental provider, as applicable. Aircraft Students may train in their own aircraft or a qualified rental aircraft, subject to insurance requirements and aircraft availability. Aircraft must be airworthy and legally equipped for the planned training. Professional Conduct Mutual respect is expected at all times. I strive to create a positive, encouraging, and professional learning environment where students can ask questions and progress confidently.
