Independent CFI/CFII available in South Florida
Hi, my name is Charlie and I am an independent CFI/CFII currently based in the South Florida region. I have previous experience as an independent flight instructor in Alabama, with over 700 hours of dual instruction given. I have provided training for Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, and CFI/CFII applicants in various aircraft. I was also the Founder and former President of the University of Alabama Aviation and Flying Club, dedicated to helping fellow collegiate aviators expand their knowledge and experience in the aviation industry. I can currently provide instruction in client owned/rented aircraft, as well as access to a Cessna 172 at the Pompano Beach Airpark (KPMP) in about 1-2 months from now. Policy
Booking as I am available (24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year). Cancellation no less than 24 hours from scheduled lesson time, unless special circumstances arise. Rescheduling based on availability of student and instructor. Lessons may be delayed/cancelled less than 24 hours from scheduled time due to inclement weather, maintenance issues, etc.

I am an independent CFI/CFII currently based out of Pompano Beach, FL. I completed all of my initial training during high school at American Flyers in Pompano Beach and have grown up in South Florida for my whole life. I recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor Degree in Finance. While I was in college, I had the opportunity to work as an independent flight instructor in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, accumulating 700 hours of dual instruction given in various aircraft. I have experience training Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, and CFI/CFII applicants as well as conducting flight reviews and instrument proficiency checks. I was also the Founder and former President of the Alabama Aviation and Flying Club, dedicated to connecting fellow collegiate aviators with flight instruction services and education in the aviation industry.
