Part time CFI Looking for new students - KSNA; KCHD

I’m a newer independent flight instructor CFI (working on CFII) looking for students ideally available on weekends for both private pilot and commercial training as well as high performance endorsements or just fresher flights. I have access to a C182L based at John Wayne for $180/hour wet and C150 out of Corona for $130/hour wet. I enjoy teaching others and connecting with other pilots.
