NAFI Master Flight Instructor, CSIP, FAA Gold Seal
Lex is an experienced flight instructor with more than 1,600 hours of dual instruction given. He is an ATP in airplanes and helicopters, and has over 5,000 hours of total time, including air ambulance, charter, and airline flying experience. Most recently, Lex has been teaching in Cirrus SR20s and SR22s and is a current Cirrus owner. Lex is a Cirrus Standardized Instructor Pilot at Mike Goulian Aviation (MGAV) in Plymouth and Bedford, MA and is certified to teach in Avidyne and Garmin Perspective/Perspective + aircraft. MGAV is a Cirrus Platinum Training Center. The National Association of Flight Instructors has named Lex a Master Flight Instructor. Master Instructors are aviation educators who reach an exceptional level of instructional activity, personal development, and professional service to the flight-training and aviation community.
