Girls in Aviation Day – Charlotte, NC (Sullenberger Aviation Museum)
Ready for a day of aviation family fun? ✈️
First in Flight, Charlotte's local Women in Aviation chapter, is hosting Girls in Aviation Day at the Sullenberger Aviation Museum on September 19th, 2026! This FREE youth event welcomes all young dreamers under 18.
The day is packed with aviation activities, scholarship awards, and a panel discussion with women who fly, fix, and lead in the industry. All designed to inspire the next generation of aviators.
Thanks to the admission sponsor, Piedmont Airlines, the first 300 registered attendees under 18 get in FREE. Adults will need to purchase a museum ticket and must accompany their child for the visit.
