Fifth generation native Nevadan; 4000 hours CFI

I'm a fifth generation native Nevadan who entered into aviation as a career change from the IT world of Apple Computers. In 2009 I moved to Las Vegas and began flight training. I have since accumulated more than seven thousand hours of total flight time, nearly three thousand of which are in Cirrus aircraft, and has over four thousand hours of dual given. I have served in Assistant Chief and Chief Flight Instructor roles at part 141 flight schools, and have flown more than 50 types of aircraft large and small. I have flown commercially in Charter and Medical Transport, and am currently the chief pilot for a local developer. I'm a highly experienced instructor with extensive experience in numerous models from Cirrus, Cessna, Piper, Diamond, Grumman, Beechcraft, American Champion, etc. My specialty passion is backcountry operations instruction, and am the proud owner of a Cessna 175 that's modified for that purpose. I am also the chief instructor for a boutique flight club in Boulder City, which gives my primary students access to a very clean airplane that's perfect for learning to fly in.
