My aviation career began in 2016 when my (then) employer had sent me to Dallas, TX to get my UAS license so we could fly drones over our research sites. At the time, believe it or not, you had to have at least a sport pilot license to fly drones commercially (either that or an exemption)! Since that experience, the aviation bug got me and could not stop thinking about it. In 2018, I earned my private pilot license, and in early 2019 I decided to make the career change to aviation. I moved to beautiful Tampa, FL to get my instrument rating, commercial SE, CFI, CFII, and MEI. Fast forward to Jan 2020 and I began teaching out of FFZ teaching Part 61 and Part 141 private, instrument, and commercial students. I currently have the most time in the Piper Archer with 400+ hours of G1000 experience. In addition to the Archer, I have time in the Cessna 150 and 172, Piper Seminole, and the Czech SportCruiser. I also have my sUAS Part 107 License. If you fly with me, we're going to have fun! My passion for aviation runs deep and it is something that I love teaching as well as continuously learning about. To date, I have a 100% rate (7​/​7). This is attributed to both, the student and myself working hard together to meet the standards. I currently live in Mesa ​/​ Phoenix, AZ with my two cats, Rocco and Cooper.
