We the pilots and volunteers from EAA Chapter 227 will provide a free 15 to 20 minute airplane ride for children age 8 through 17. At check in, parents a required to sign a flight waver. The flight will depart the Waverly Airport clime to a height of 1400 feet above the ground. We will fly to and over Clarksville, from there kids will be able to see the UNI Dome and the windmills north of Charles City. We fly south and past Shell Rock and then on to Waverly, over Walmart, downtown, Wartburg and back to the Airport.
