I believe a great flight instructor plans their lessons ahead of time, helps their student learn in the most efficient way, and prioritizes a safe learning environment that also allows for different learning styles. I have had flight instructors who taught intentionally like this in every lesson, and flight instructors who did not. I have a dedication and passion for aviation. Through part 61 schools I managed to quickly gain my ratings while diligently maintaining a 100% pass rate. It was through the intentional instructing of my previous instructors that I was able to do this. I intend on intentionally teaching and helping students cruise through their ratings while also retaining and learning effectively. My goal is to continue teaching intentionally like the previous instructors I have learned from.
