Pancake Breakfast starts at 8:00 am and serving continues through about 10:00 am. YE registration confirmation begins at about 8:30 am, group 1 flights begin by 9:00 am. Group 2 flights should begin around 10:00 am. Please bear in mind that the timing depends upon weather, number of participants, number of pilots, etc. If you do not confirm, your child will be removed off the list to give space for kids on the waitlist. Please note that the parent whose name is on the electronic registration MUST be the same parent who accompanies the YE and signs the flight waiver electronically at the event. If the parent does not accompany the YE, the fight waiver must be printed out at the end of this electronic registration, signed by the same parent, and brought to the rally by the YE or accompanying adult. Due to pilot and airplane weight restrictions, we cannot fly any one over 250lbs. If you have that situation, please contact a YE Coordinator to discuss options. If this is not a first flight, please bring your logbooks and give them at check in.
