I have experience form the New York Class Bravo all the way to high country mountain flying. I strive to the best professional instruction while maintain safety and considering the student goals. I've had many mentors in getting to where I am today; I act more as a mentor to my students to see them achieve their long-term goals. With over 3,500 flight hours and previously served as a Captain at Republic Airways, I hold a B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Rocky Mountain College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I formerly served on the IBT Local 357 Emergency Response Team (Go-Team), served as the Safety Officer at Chester County Aviation. With a strong background in leadership, flight instruction, management, dispatch, and safety, I am committed to fostering a safe, professional, and customer-focused flying environment. During my time as Chief Instructor Pilot for Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor courses, I led 17 instructor pilots. Developed and managed a Safety Management Systems (SMS) program, including a safety team and incident reporting system. Wrote and managed the flight school's Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOPM). Conducted flight and ground instruction under 14 CFR Part 61 towards Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Flight Instructor certificates (graduated over 20 students).
