Real proficiency isn’t built in a classroom; it’s built by making decisions under pressure, then understanding why you made them. The Command Challenge is a structured, sim-based program designed to do exactly that. Each session begins with a mission briefing. You’ll know your route and your aircraft. What you won’t know is what’s waiting for you. The successful outcome is up to you. Once you’ve flown the scenario, the debrief begins; not a critique, but a conversation. What did you see? What did you decide? What would you do differently? Then comes the part most training never offers: the chance to go back in and try it again, now that you know what you’re up against. Then the group comes together, all 12 pilots, to share what you experienced, compare your decisions, and learn from each other. Twelve pilots. Twelve simulators.
