Sign In at 8 am at the airport terminal. Names on the Waitlist often move to flying slots on Thursday or Friday before the rally when parents notify us of children in flying slots not coming. If your child is on the Waitlist be alert to receive an email notification they are upgraded to a flying slot. One child flies in the plane at a time so the child has the opportunity to fly the plane after it is at cruising altitude. All planes are equipped with dual controls. Parents should print a copy of the liability waiver, sign it, and bring it to the rally. Only a parent or legal guardian can sign the waiver. If a parent is unable to print the waiver we can print a copy at time of sign-in and parent can sign at that time. Weather conditions must be acceptable for this event. A GO​/​NO GO email will be sent to all parents at approximately 5 pm the day before the rally to confirm or postpone the rally. Rain date is the following Saturday.
