Hi! I’m a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) based in Niantic, Connecticut, with over 11 years of training experience as a Qualified Master Training Specialist in the U.S. Navy. I’ve also trained under ATP flight students, bringing a disciplined and structured approach to flight instruction. I provide flight training for both Private Pilot and Commercial Pilot students.

My main training operations take place at Hartford–Brainard Airport (HFD) in Hartford, Connecticut, which offers convenient access for students in the central region. Brainard provides a full range of general aviation services, including flight schools, maintenance, and fuel. In addition, I’m available to provide instruction at the following nearby airports: - Tweed New Haven Regional Airport (HVN) – New Haven, CT: About 40 miles south of Hartford, HVN supports both general aviation and regional commercial flights. - Bradley International Airport (BDL) – Windsor Locks, CT: Located roughly 25 miles north of Hartford, BDL is the state’s primary commercial airport and also supports general aviation activity. - Waterbury–Oxford Airport (OXC) – Oxford, CT: Approximately 30 miles west of Hartford, a popular choice for private pilot training and general aviation. - Meriden Markham Municipal Airport (MMK) – Meriden, CT: A smaller airport ideal for early training stages, just 20 miles south of Hartford.
