Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm an 800+ hour flight and ground instructor, commercial pilot, aircraft dispatcher, and Embry-Riddle graduate ('23). My experience over 12+ different makes and models of aircraft directly translates into a safety-focused, diverse training experience that you won't find in a collegiate program! I offer personalized ground and flight training through in-person or virtual modalities. I am able to teach private, commercial, and certificated flight instructor (CFI) students (ground only). Own an airplane and need an instructor? I'm also available to teach out of privately-owned aircraft.

Pricing Notes

I mark the start and end of activities with a stopwatch to determine activity duration. If we're flying, any discrepancy between the Hobbs time and the stopwatch is considered “additional.” I currently accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. I permit one (1) free last-minute cancellation (within 24 hours), but reserve the right to charge $35 per training hour in addition to any cancellation fees incurred by the aircraft operator. If you want to train with me in another operator’s aircraft, I reserve the right to charge for the checkout process and commute.
