Going to obtain my PPL; work full time

Hope to find some answers to questions I have. I have zero experience, and am trying to find a method to obtain my PPL over an extended period of time. I work full time, and unfortunately do not have the funds nor time to attend a full flying school. I am going to attend an online ground school to complete that portion of my training, and am hoping to find a CFI to help me through the other portion. My questions: Is it feasible to only do 2-3 flights a month? How long are flights typically? Is there any other fees that I will need to pay other than the hourly amount?
