Ferry/Repositioning Flights- Day + Expenses

Available for Part 91 ferry/repositioning flights in owner/operator-provided aircraft. I am a Commercial Pilot with single-engine and multi-engine privileges, and I am also a CFII. Acceptance is subject to aircraft type, insurance/open-pilot requirements, maintenance status, airworthiness, documentation, weather, route, and scheduling.

Ferry flights must be conducted in an airworthy aircraft with required inspections, documents, equipment, and owner/operator authorization. I reserve final discretion over go/no-go decisions, weather, routing, fuel stops, overnight stops, and safe completion of the trip.
This listing is for aircraft repositioning/ferry flights only. It is not offered as charter, air taxi, or passenger/cargo transportation for hire.

Pilot fee is separate from aircraft operating costs and pilot travel expenses. Owner/operator is responsible for aircraft operating costs, fuel, landing/ramp fees, and reasonable trip-related pilot expenses, including transportation to the aircraft, return transportation to my home base after delivery, lodging, meals, rideshare/rental car if needed, and airline tickets if applicable.

Compensation:
Pilot fee: $300/day base rate, up to 8 flight hours a day, may vary depending on aircraft, route, and trip complexity.
Minimum: 1 day
Weather/maintenance/aircraft-readiness delays: $150/day standby rate, or as discussed before continuing.
Flying days are billed at the normal daily pilot rate.

Rate flexibility: Local or simple repositioning flights may be quoted at a reduced or negotiated rate by mutual agreement. Final pricing will be agreed upon before the trip is accepted. Pilot travel expenses and aircraft operating costs remain separate from the pilot fee.

Rate is open to negotiation as deemed reasonable for local/simple flight operations. Fair and affordable rates for the client will be decided and maintained as nessecary for a given service.
