I recently did my Commercial ASEL mock checkride with Scott K.. He was so helpful in my preparation for my checkride, giving me great feedback. We went over everything I needed (endorsements, logbook requirements, etc.) first, and it reminded me of a few things I had to do beforehand. He gave me honest feedback that really helped me go into my checkride with confidence. Really liked the experience overall and would book again!

My passion is providing candidates with authentic, comprehensive mock checkride experiences and targeted checkride prep coaching. As for “Who is the guy on the other end of the video?” - I’ve been flying since 2011 and teaching for a decade (CFI/AGI/IGI), including numerous in-person ground schools and thousands of hours of online lessons. My emphasis is on real-world flying and ground knowledge; and I believe that if you’ve received proper training and preparation, FAA checkrides should be just another flight. In addition to providing flight and ground instruction, I am also an aviation writer and editor for two aviation publications, Cessna Flyer and Piper Flyer magazines. I have owned airplanes in the past, including a 1963 Piper Cherokee 180, and I continue to fly around the Pacific Northwest in whatever airplanes I can get my hands on.
