Aviation Experience (This helps our instructors understand your current level)

I'm a Private Pilot with completed IRA exam (92%), IGI exam (90%), and taking FOI exam today.

Training Interests (e.g. Specific areas of interest)

I intend on getting my IGI/AGI certifications with my local FSDO this year. When it's feasible again, I'll continue my IFR flight training through CFI/I. I want to be a career mentor and educator, and also work in business/corporate aviation as a professional pilot.

Short-term Goals (Your immediate objectives in training)

I need help setting up my XPlane 11 Sim. I bought Logitech peripherals, including: control wheel, throttle/prop/mixture quadrant, rudder pedals, and radio. I'll need help setting up the rest of my controls/buttons and response curves. I want to use my sim for flying IFR procedures while I'm on the proverbial flying bench due to time and financial constraints.

Long-term Goals (Your long-term aspirations in aviation)

I want to be a career instructor, safety advocate, and professional business aviation pilot (Part 91/135).

Once again Jenn was well-prepared for our mentoring session. Her laser-focus on being task-oriented makes our work very efficient. And her patience/flexibility with the anomalies inherent with software make for a very positive experience.

Jenn is a motivated aviator who is clearly passionate about accelerating her pursuit of pilot excellence. She was incredibly flexible when both she and I had to reschedule a mentoring schedule (multiple times!) and came to the session well-prepared. I'm excited to see Jenn complete her training and become the next enthusiastic ambassador for aviation!
