What's Not Allowed?
To ensure a secure environment, please note that It is prohibited to share any contact information while exchanging messages before the payment of the first session.
💡 Contact information includes any details that can be used by a instructor or a student to get in touch outside the platform, which includes but is not limited to:
- Phone numbers
- Emails
- Exact session locations
- Social media usernames
- External links (Skyfarer Academy links are allowed!)
Also, please refrain from:
- Posting advertisements or recruitment announcements searching for employees, or sending such content via Skyfarer Academy messaging system.
- Violation of well-established social norms and rules including inappropriate behavior, sexual harassment, and fraud.
Each complaint will be individually investigated by the Skyfarer Academy team, and strict action will be taken in line with our policies.
Penalties
Violation of these rules will result in blocking of the profile. For repeated or severe violations of these rules, the profile will be blacklisted and removed from the platform.
Additional Rules
- Skyfarer Academy reserves the sole right to assess, resolve, and make decisions regarding the above-mentioned rule violations as well as other disputes involving users of the platform or SkyfarerAcademy.com itself.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refunds at any time are at our sole discretion only.
