There will be an EAA Young Eagles Rally Saturday, August 22nd at 8:00a prior to and separate from the flying activities of the Wings Over Hartsville Fly-In & Car Show. Lee's notes: Please keep in mind that we are all guests of Rise Aero and they need to operate their business with as little distractions as possible. Kids and Parents must be escorted on the flight line. The pilot will take the kids to the plane for the flight. After the flight, a volunteer will escort parents ​/​ family to the plane for pictures if desired. These flights are for the kids only. Parents may not 'ride along'. There is separate "Eagles" program for adults interested in aviation. Parent (or legal guardian) signature is required. You'll sign electronically or on paper at the event. If someone else will be bringing the kids to the rally, you'll need to print out the release form when signing up online, sign it and send it along with your kid(s) (One form for each kid). After you sign up online, you should receive a confirmation email. Keep this email as it has the links to modify or cancel. Kids who have flown with us before are welcome to fly again. We need to ensure that everyone get their first flight before repeat flyers. Bring you logbook from before and add another flight. We're looking forward to seeing you in Hartsville!
