We will be reviewing and discussing information about night flight operations from the Airplane Flying Handbook, the Pilot's Handbook of Aeronautical Knowledge, and the January​/​February 2025 issue of FAA Safety Briefing. Our review will include many varied areas related to night flight including advantages, aeromedical factors, flight planning, night-flying illusions and sensory limits, and regulatory requirements.
