WenMar Aviation: Trusted FAA U.S. Registered Agent

[ Skyfarer Premium Listing ] FAA designated U.S. agents for service are individuals or entities appointed by the Federal Aviation Administration to receive legal documents and other communications on behalf of aviation-related companies or individuals. These agents act as points of contact and ensure that important information and communications are properly received and processed. https://wenmarusa.com/ I would like to introduce myself, Wendy Diaz President and Founder for WenMar Aviation. My team and I have over 50 years experience in aviation operations and consultancy. I formed WenMar to specifically offer the new required FAA Designated Agent for Service for those FAA License holders or operators that do not have a United States physical address. This may not sound important but if you don’t respond to an official FAA communication your license, registration or permit can and will be revoked. WenMar is a small family and friend company (English & Spanish) that has successfully grown by word of mouth. We don’t have a fancy website, exceptional software or an office in Oklahoma City. What we are is a company that offers competitive pricing for a professional service that you can trust will be honest and provide you timely and accurate services. My background in Law (yes I was a practicing attorney at one time) illustrates my commitment to detail and WenMar is an extension of that dedication. There are several companies out there to choose from however none will provide you the peace of mind that WenMar will keeping your investment in aviation secure and compliant. **U.S. Agent for Service Rule Now in Effect** Effective October 8, 2024, the FAA has finalized a new rule requiring all certificate holders with a foreign address and no U.S. physical address of record to designate a U.S. Agent for Service.
