Chapter 393 welcomes you to KCCR! Children ages 8-17 fly free! We will be assigning flights by lottery to reduce some of the sign up stress. Lottery registration opens August 19th 2026 at 9AM, but don't stress about the timing, EVERYONE will be initially placed on the WAITLIST, Young Eagles tickets will be assigned one week later. Random lottery will determine participation. Expect emails to go out to confirm your attendance. The number of Young Eagles chosen is dependent on pilot availability. You do not need to fill out a waiver, there will be ipads at the event for signing. The SAME PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN who does the online registration will need to be present at the flight rally to sign the required waivers via ipad. Pre-signed forms will not be accepted and are not needed. GRANDPARENTS, STEPFATHERS, STEPMOTHERS, etc. do not qualify unless they are also the legal guardians.
