Hello! I am a professional ground instructor (AGI and IGI) and airline transport pilot who can help you learn the topics you will need to know in order to perform well on your written and oral exams. You will be able to log all of the time we spend together as “ground instruction received.” This type of instruction is required for and applicable to all certificates and ratings under part 61 (sport pilot, private pilot, instrument rating, etc.) I have experience teaching 1-on-1 as well as in large classroom settings, and have professional experience that ranges from small local flight schools to large corporate flight departments. My aeronautical experience includes a part 61 training background in the NYC and Los Angeles areas, part 91 survey, skydiving, and military contract work, part 135 on-demand single-pilot operations to unimproved strips and Mexico, and part 135 multi-engine turbojet IFR operations to airports in the USA, Canada, Central America, Caribbean, and Hawaii. I am available to provide in-person instruction in the greater central Ohio area and online instruction anywhere in the world via your preferred meeting app (Zoom, Google, Skype, FaceTime, etc.)
