Training Overview
This accelerated program combines structured flight training with guided ground instruction to prepare students for the FAA Private Pilot practical test in a compressed timeframe. Students will receive one-on-one instruction in a modern training aircraft and have access to comprehensive test prep resources. Flight lessons cover everything from basic maneuvers to cross-country navigation and emergency procedures. Our goal is to develop safe, competent, and confident pilots. Key Components: Aircraft preflight & systems knowledge Airport operations & radio communications Flight maneuvers (takeoffs, landings, stalls, slow flight, etc.) Cross-country planning & navigation FAA knowledge test preparation Checkride prep & mock oral exams
Prerequisites Required
To begin this course, students must: Be at least 16 years old to solo and 17 to be eligible for a certificate Be able to read, speak, write, and understand English Hold a valid FAA 3rd Class Medical Certificate or BasicMed Provide proof of U.S. citizenship (Passport or Birth Certificate & Government-issued ID)

Training Length/ Recommended Pace
This accelerated course is designed to be completed in 30 days with full-time participation. Students flying daily with 2 hours of flight and ground instruction can expect to finish within this window. A slightly extended pace (3–4 weeks) is available for students with scheduling limitations.

The following items are not included in tuition and are the student's responsibility: FAA Medical Exam: ~$125 FAA Written Test Fee: ~$175 FAA Checkride Examiner Fee: ~$800-$1500 TSA Background Check (if applicable for non-U.S. citizens) Headset (rental or purchase available): ~$100-$1300 Chart subscriptions or EFB app (e.g., ForeFlight): $0-$300 Housing and travel (Recommendations upon request)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. Here’s our cancellation policy: - Flight or ground lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 20% of the scheduled lesson cost. - For full program cancellations, deposits are refundable if canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. - No-shows or last-minute program withdrawals may result in forfeiture of a portion of prepaid tuition. *We are happy to work with students to reschedule when needed, but consistent attendance is critical for accelerated training success.
