About
Hello, I'm Carter G.
I’m a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFI-I) with a passion for aviation and helping others achieve their aviation goals. During my flight training, I focused on building strong fundamentals, safety, and real world decision making. I also gained extensive experience flying Piper aircraft, PA-28. Through my training and instructing, I’ve developed a teaching style thats patient, adaptable, and tailored to each individual student.
What I enjoy most about instructing is watching students grow. From their first flight all the way to earning their certificates and beyond. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing that moment when everything clicks and your student gains confidence in their abilities. My goal is to not only to get your pass your checkride but to make you a safe, competent and confident pilot.
Outside of aviation, I’ve spent years competing in soccer, which has shaped my discipline, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure. I also enjoy activities like fishing and golf, which have taught me the value of patience and the importance of trying different approaches until something clicks. These are values that I bring into each lesson.
Whether you’re just starting out, working toward an advanced rating, need a biannual flight review or IPC I’m committed to making your training efficient, enjoyable and built around your goals.
