CFI: Private, commercial, 182 transitions at KPAO,KSQL, KHWD
I started my flying journey at the Palo Alto Airport in 2013. I earned my Private, Commercial, and Flight Instructor certificates there, as well as my Instrument rating over in Hayward. Being a pilot hasn’t always been my passion though – I started my aviation journey playing with drones and getting an aerospace engineering degree from MIT before discovering that I really love flying. After graduating, I worked as an engineer for Scaled Composites, a company that builds unique, prototype, and one-off aircraft, and was a flight test engineer on Stratolaunch. Now I work for an eVTOL company in the Bay Area as an unmanned Flight Test Operator. However, I’ve always had a passion for teaching. I worked as a sailing instructor during summers in high school and college and coached a beginner race team. Now I’m excited to share that facet with aviation too. Let’s talk about your aviation goals and help you reach them! Besides private and commercial certificates, I like teaching high performance endorsements, 182 transitions (especially the T182T), and G1000 familiarizations.
