I started my flying career in Provo, Utah flying the Diamond DA-20 Katana. I completed my private single engine rating in this aircraft then moved into the Diamond DA-40 Diamondstar before moving into the DA42-NG Twinstar for my private multi-engine training. I then decided to move to Florida to be closer to extended family and it wasn't long before I was finishing my ratings. I trained in the C172K here in Jacksonville, Florida to get my commercial single engine and my CFI and CFII ratings. I also did commercial multi-engine and multi-engine instructor training out of Jacksonville in the Grumman Cougar. I have been instructing in the C152 as well as the C172. My flight experience includes both steam gauges as well as the G1000 glass cockpit. I've flown to almost every airport in northeastern Florida, and many airports in the Salt Lake City, Utah area as well giving me lots of mountain flight experience as well as high altitude flight experience.
