I'm an independent flight instructor based in Fort Lauderdale, and I do one narrow thing: keeping current pilots current. That means flight reviews (BFR), instrument proficiency checks (IPC), complex endorsements, and​/​or single​/​multi-engine proficiency flights, in your aircraft, at your hangar, usually inside a week. If it's been a while since your last review, that's the most common call I get. We'll take the time it takes, and I'll tell you honestly where you are.
