Aviation has been more than a career for me, it's been a way of life since I earned my wings in the late 1990s. With over 25 years in the industry as a Commercial Pilot, aircraft owner, and aviation sales professional, I bring a rare combination of firsthand flying experience and business acumen to everything I do. Currently, I operate Tyson Aviation, a Light Sport aircraft sales company based in Orlando, FL, where I represent buyers and sellers of high-quality sport aircraft nationwide. I've spent my career at the intersection of aviation and commerce, helping pilots find the right aircraft, helping manufacturers reach the right markets, and helping organizations build the right teams. My background spans aircraft sales, general management, international business development, and marketing, with hands-on experience representing manufacturers including Evektor-Aerotechnik, JMB Aircraft, and Czech Sport Aircraft. I've represented companies on the world stage at events including EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, Sun 'N Fun, Aero Friedrichshafen, the China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition, and the Australian International Airshow at Avalon. As General Manager of JMB Aircraft LLC's U.S. operations, I built and managed a dealer network, oversaw FAA compliance, handled aircraft order fulfillment, and developed a Brand Ambassador Program. All while maintaining the client relationships that drive long-term success in this industry. What sets me apart is simple: I'm not just a salesperson who knows aviation. I'm a pilot who understands what buyers are really looking for, the feel of the controls, the reliability of the airframe, the confidence that comes from knowing the aircraft inside and out. That perspective makes a difference in every conversation.
