Steve, an instrument rated CFI, was a delight to converse and interact with! Steve approached me with the intent of probing for his areas of weakness prior to his coming instrument proficiency check. He, like so many of us pilots, wants to perform and excel in his passion and this interaction was no different. Steve was highly knowledgable and comprehensively thoughtful in his approach to aviation…an effective and signature trait for a successful pilot. As a bonus for me, Steve happens to specialize (I would call an expert) in virtual education. He helped me explore avenues of virtual instruction and techniques to assist me in becoming a more effective virtual instructor. Thanks, Steve, and best of luck on the IPC! You’ll make a fantastic CFII someday should you wish to pursue!
