Hello, I'm Brad.

I have been flying as a GA pilot for 35+ years and have a COMM certificate with INST​/​SEL​/​SES​/​MEL ratings and am an active CFI​/​CFII​/​MEI (Gold Seal) and currently operate as an independent CFI supporting students in the Seattle metropolitan area. My full time job is with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) as the Northwest Mountain Region Manager. My professional experience prior to AOPA includes a 20-year stint as a USAF logistics​/​transportation officer followed by 10 years in technology sales and project management followed by a three year stint working as a full-time flight and high school aviation instructor. I live in Kirkland​,​ Washington (a suburb of Seattle) and in my spare time​,​ I enjoy time with friends and family boating​,​ flying​,​ skiing​,​ golf​,​ and just about any other outdoor activity.
