Session packs offer a flexible, cost-effective solution for students pursuing consistent progress in their flight training, while giving flight instructors the chance to build longer-term relationships with their students. By purchasing a session pack, students not only save on their per-session rate but also maintain the motivation to reach their aviation goals.

How Session Packs Work

Starting a Session Pack Students can choose to purchase one of the following session packs:

• 3-Session Pack: ~10% off
• 5-Session Pack: ~15% off

We will display the session rates clearly on each flight instructor’s listing.

Students can book their sessions at their own pace, and schedule them based on the flight instructor's availability.

Scheduling and Rescheduling Sessions
Once a student purchases a session pack, they have the flexibility to schedule sessions one at a time or all at once. Students can also reschedule sessions to fit their needs, as long as the flight instructor is available.

Starting with Individual Sessions First
We recommend that students begin with a single individual session before committing to a session pack. This allows the instructor to assess the student's specific needs, discuss training goals, and coordinate the most convenient meeting times. Once both the student and instructor are aligned on the training plan, the student can move forward with a session pack for more structured, ongoing learning.

Do students need to buy a session pack immediately?
No, students can book single sessions first and later decide to purchase a session pack at any time.

What happens if a student wants a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if no sessions from the pack have been used.

Can I change flight instructors or transfer unused session credits?
If you’re no longer satisfied with your flight instructor or want to switch to a different area of flight training, you can request to transfer your sessions to another instructor. Any unused session credits can be applied to sessions with the new instructor. Please contact support to facilitate the transfer. Note that there may be additional costs if the new instructor’s rate is higher than the original rate.
