How does Skyfarer Academy support our flight school?
We help reduce the admin load so you can focus on training. From student inquiries and communication to scheduling support and payments, we manage much of the front-end work.
You stay in control while we help you scale with less friction.
How do we receive inquiries and bookings?
You’ll receive notifications via text and email when a student inquires about your school’s offerings. You can respond, coordinate details, and confirm bookings directly through the platform.
Can we set our own rates?
Yes! Flight schools have full control over pricing. You can list different rates for various programs or packages, and adjust them as needed based on demand or season.
Can we modify our school profile later?
Yes. You can update your profile, add new offerings, and adjust pricing at any time.
How do we get paid?
It's free to list your flight school and training programs. We only take a 5% fee from completed bookings—so we only succeed when you do.
Payouts are processed via Stripe within 24–48 hours after the training is completed. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to transfer the funds to your account.

Yes. We partner with Flycore, a flight school management platform trusted by hundreds of schools nationwide. Any flight school listed on Skyfarer is eligible for 10% off Flycore’s services. In addition, when students or pilots submit a school match form through Skyfarer or FLYING, Flycore will recommend your school as part of the matching process—helping connect you with motivated, ready-to-train students.
