Need to finish flight review at KMRN

I have been trying unsuccessfully to finish a flight review for a considerable period of time. I decided to try a different instructor but hadn’t been able to locate one. I decided to get out of flying and sell my plane. I'm still hoping to speak to a CFI about my situation and get help.
