I have been flying since 2006 and accrued over 4300 flight hours in over 110 different aircraft types of fixed wing, rotorcraft and gliders, and six first flights, I have flight test experience across the envelope from 600 horsepower Reno-racers, clean sheet designs, all-electric float planes and hybrid-electric aircraft. I have worked in the rapid prototype aerospace industry for 15 years, and have had the opportunity to be involved at a technical level in design, build, test, or test pilot on 30 individual air vehicle test programs. In my years of flight experience, I quickly moved into the test industry, seeking out early opportunities to fly hands on test points. My test career began with the phase one flight test on my personally built Experimental-Amateur-Built aircraft, and moved into contract test sorties, and professional flight test as an FTE and later Test Lead at Scaled Composites.
